How do I find a local run club?
Visit Find a Run to browse available club listings. Search by city and currently confirmed running days, or open a club profile to find its official contact link. Check directly with the organizer for the latest meeting details.
Do I need to be an experienced runner?
No. Different clubs welcome different paces and experience levels. Check each club’s description or ask the organizer whether its runs suit your pace and goals. Our new runner guide can help you prepare.
How do I submit my run club?
If you organize or are authorized to represent a club, use the List Your Run Club form. Include the official club name, city, regular run days and times, meeting location, pace or distance details if known, and a public social or website link.
Will my club appear immediately after submitting?
No. Run Group Central reviews submissions before creating or updating public listings. We may contact you for clarification. We do not currently promise a fixed publication timeline.
How do I submit a race?
Organizers can use the Submit Your Race form. Provide the event date, start time, location, distances, official registration URL, and organizer contact details. Race submissions are reviewed before publication.
Can I change or remove a listing?
Yes, you can request a correction or removal review. Email Hello@rungroupcentral.com with the club or event name, the requested change, and enough information to verify your connection to the listing. You can also visit Contact & Listing Corrections.
Are all schedules and meeting points guaranteed current?
No. Run clubs and events can change schedules or locations at short notice. Always confirm details with the organizer before attending, especially for early-morning runs and events requiring registration.
What cities are covered?
The directory is starting with clubs around Stockton, Modesto, Turlock, and Manteca, California. More communities will be added as reliable details become available.
